Our Quality Control is excellent, but in the unlikely event you receive product which is not perfect, call us for authorization, then return it to us, and we will replace it promptly.

Our Minimum Order for custom manufactured product is $450 per order, per size. We keep this minimum order amount low to help our clients try out new ideas.

We ship all product F.O.B. our plant in Paterson, New Jersey.
